STATE 82 (synopsis)

Takes place in post-apocalyptic world, 6 years ago a mysterious breakdown called "Light Shift" is attacking Earth where Earth is devastated by mysterious countless deadly "Shift" from the outer space.

The Shift causes Earth surface to looks like Moon's. Many big holes created around the world.

Many years later, after the breakdown "rest" the world goverment trying to rebuilt the destroyed world and bring back the peace to the mankind.

They build U-ORM (United Organization of Redevelopment and Mobility) or simply called worm, is a world organization built for purpose of 5W1H. And then after few plannings. On 2015 they build world trained military agency named RAIN (Redevelopment Agency of Intercourse for Nations).

Completed in 2017, they sent many RAIN agents to the world in the hope to find 5W1H (the main cause of light shift).

Finally 2 years later, on the exact date of 2019. Ichikura Yoru, is a 2 times fail-to-graduate highschool student. He is stupid in all school material. But weirdly, he's actually had high class genius IQ of 540 that has been noted on world record.

He himself didn't know why he is so stupid.

One day, afterschool. He accidentally flown his money to the backyard of schoolground. Because it's his last money, he don't have any choice.

After found his money, he saw something. A mysterious huge building are stand still behind the school. He know this school well, yesterday he didn't see that building but now there's one.

Curious, he search for a door and enter, and unfortunately trapped inside that building.

Don't have any choice, he must find way out. Few minutes later he enter one big room. There he found one classic aircraft and meet a unconscious girl inside the cockpit. That girl is wearinc a blue technician clothing, with a ponytail brown hair.

He pulls her out, place her somewhere around and wait till she back from her dreams. When she wakes he asked who is she, where she come from, and what is this building.

Her answer is not as expected, she said that she forgot her name and everything. She only remember her number, 37 and her the mission, to find and bring back the missing number 58.

Ichikura touch her head, and she feels pain. That means it's only a normal brain trauma. Maybe later she'll remember all when the time comes..

Then he ask again about how to get out from there.

She says she didn't know.

Ichikura place his hand to his forehead, and then talk to the girl.

"Ah anyways. Let's get out from here, sure you don't like trapped in such dark place like this. Because you don't remember your name. Ill call you Yuna for a little while, ok."

Then he walk off that room and search for the way to get out.

Moments after a very long chitchat he hear a sound of blast. Come from the other side of the room at the end of a big corridor.

Ichikura and Yuna run to the next room whose is separated by a very larger door than before. There is a little space for him to come through, and then both of them saw something.

It's a very big capsule, fallen down from the sky and break the building's wall.

Because of the impact, the building wall is now holed and Ichikura can get out from there.

Just a moment before he step outside, the capsule door is open. Yuna is run into the capsule and find something.

Yuna said that he must see something inside.

Ichikura saw a little girl laying inside with wearing a piece of gown and hold onto a glowing tube.

He then lift the girl off and carry her outside with the tube.

Right at the time when he step for few meters outside, the building is exploding and the power of the explosive is flung him away. The girls was safe because he hold both her tight.

Ichikura is hurt very bad, he lose alot of blood because of the explosion. The little girl is now awake and saw Yuna shout on Ichikura to wake up, The little girl confused.

She ask what happened, and Yuna explain.

"He save your life.."

The little girl look at Ichikura's body, and something flashed in her eyes. After looking at him for a whilem the little girl bug out.

Feeling if guilty and sorry for Ichikura. She then break the tube that she been holding off. and let Ichikura drink something from the tube.

The glowing liquid that stored inside the tube is now all out. All of them are drinked by Ichikura.

Nothing is happened, Yuna is now crying.

But moments later, Ichikura eye's open and he calmly ask why Yuna cry.

Know that Ichikura is back to life, Yuna smiles and hug him.

"Thank you! Thank you!"

Ichikura then smiles and ask why thanked him,

The little girl is only sitting nearby look at them both.

Yuna then ask the girl, what is exactly that liquid.

The little girl calmly answer.

"It's the thing, that once called Cereloid Intocixeta. But we call it.. The Blood of The Original. It's the only sample left, and now it's gone. Thanks to him."

Yuna then silenced for a while.

It has been known that many years ago, Light Shift is caused by those who owns the Blood of Destroyer. But we are highly informed that

the strongest race amongst them is The Original.

"Who the hell is this little girl?"

Ichikura thanked the lil' girl for saving his life, and ask for her name.

Ileytviu Qghaskchtu Ohte.

Ichikura introduced himself, and then ask for a simpler name to call her (nickname).

She said that he don't need to know.

Then ichikura ask them both to go to his house, Yuna agrees Illeytiviu decline.

She said she have to fin her father that live nearby first, to report something.

Ichikura seems to be ok with it and he left. When both Yuna and ichikura are far enough.

The little girl whispers to herself.

We are the legions of Tetra are don't like to have a debt. That's why i give that precious liquid from our race.

and

Because i believe, this man will change this planet, and make this planet once more peaceful again like before,

"It's only a matter of time, till the new born of the PROTECTOR. Who can save this planet.."
